Appointment and Visit Policies

Cancellation / ReschedulingPlease notify the clinic at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made 24 hours in advance are not charged.
Late Arrival Within 10 MinutesWhen possible, the clinic will try to make up treatment time without affecting later appointments.
Late Arrival Around 20 MinutesYou may choose to reschedule or shorten the current treatment time. The clinic will prioritize keeping the next patient’s appointment on time, and a cancellation or late fee may apply.
No-Show / No NoticeIf you cannot come in, please call as early as possible. Missed appointments without advance notice may need confirmation before future booking, and a fee may apply.
Service and Payment ConfirmationServices may vary based on symptoms, care goals and appointment availability. Self-pay fees, insurance responsibility and final service charges are confirmed by the clinic.

Initial Treatment

For first-time patients. Includes an initial review of symptoms, care goals and treatment planning. Current listed fee is $165 / 90 min.

Follow-Up Visit

For returning patients with an existing visit history. Care focus is adjusted based on progress. Current listed fee is $120 / 60 min.

Combination Services

Includes acupuncture + acupressure, cupping + acupressure and other combined care options for patients who need more than one modality.
